Sourav Chatterjee, one of the founding members of Planman Consulting, has an intense understanding of businesses, having headed the sales, product development, training, market research and corporate communications functions at various organizations. After starting his career with Global Info System Technology, Sourav Chatterjee became involved in India Entry Consulting projects with a number of Multi-National clients. He went on to work as the Executive Consultant in Technova S.A., his core areas encompassed providing consulting in the area of Asia Entry Strategy with the main focus on sales and distribution, location studies and business planning.
For half a decade Sourav Chatterjee was associated with Xerox as Product Sales Manager, which became his launch pad into analyzing developing markets and ramifications of various marketing strategies. He was also in charge of developing sales and distribution models, and channel policy guidelines that have included formulation of business/market plans and managing key accounts. He was involved with market research and focus group discussions, training and motivating the sales force and translating their energy into highly competitive arms for Xerox.
An Associate of the faculty at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, he lectures on subjects like Strategic Marketing and Sales and Distribution Management.

Naveen Chamoli has been with Planman Consulting for eight years. He has conducted successful workshops for senior level executives at Hindustan Lever Network, Timex, Mahindra British Telecom, Amway, Contract Advertising, Godrej and Boyce, Blue Star, Valvoline Cummins, Bharat Electronics Ltd., Samsung, Gas Authority of India, Fortis Healthcare, Hero Honda, Maruti Udyog Ltd., Electrolux, Hutch, Colgate Palmolive and Thomson Press.
Naveen Chamoli is an Assistant Trainer in the series of workshops by Arindam Chaudhuri on motivation and leadership. These have a participant profile of CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior level managers, and specifically train top level managers in the concepts of strategic vision, leadership and motivation. He initiated the concept, RECALL (Research and Exploration Centre for Active Learning and Living) and is a regular contributor. Naveen Chamoli is connected with the Hindustan Lever Network Training Academy, engaged in content development and delivery for various training modules for Hindustan Lever Network.
