Sourav, one of the founding members of Contentra Technologies. He heads the Business & Operations of Contentra Technologies in his current role. Before initiating the foundation of Contentra Technologies with collegues in 2005 ,he was heading the Market research and Consulting activities in Contentra Consulting since July 2003. His previous 5 years experience in Xerox India as Product Sales Manager, for Digital , Color and Outsourced Business Services laid the foundation for the intrepreneurship in the Digital and Content services space in Contentra. Prior to joining the Xerox in sales and business development role he initiated his career with Tecnova India . Tecnova an international management consulting firm offering India Entry Strategy and services , as an executive he undertook Market Research, Business Planning and Post Entry Services for multinationals and companies entering India and seeking the India advantage.A management post graduate from the Indian Institute of Planning and management he has sales and market research internship and experience at GSB Glaxo Smithkline Beacham and GIST - Global Information Systems Technology a electronic information marketer. An avid reader with interest in Research, Sales training, Technology and Digital Content he has been involved with teaching, development and training at IIPM and Contentra Consulting.

Naveen Chamoli

Naveen has been one of the founding members of the Contentra Consulting Group . For 15 years now , in a leadership role across the various group companies he has helped Contentra deliver significant advantages and value to it’s clients and partners through it’ s core competency ; people. He has been instrumental in building a team worldwide ; of Contentra's project work force comprising of individuals who have developed competencies in specific industries to provide innovative services and flexible solutions to it’s clients and improve performance beyond benchmarks. As a Brand Management , Leadership and Sales force Motivation consultant with corporate India, Naveen trains senior management professionals from international corporations independently and along with faculties from Harvard Business School, Columbia University, IMI etc. Because of him, multinationals like the Unilever Group, Colgate Palmolive , Samsung, Honda, Amway, Fortis Health care , Timex , Godrej and Boyce , Valvoline Cummins , Electrolux , Valvoline Cummins Ltd. Bharat Electronics Ltd. , Gas Authority of India etc. have gained dramatic insights into strategic processes! Naveen spearheaded the consulting team that was instrumental in setting up of The Hindustan Lever Network Training Academy in India. He is the author of “A Branded Life”, and teaches Strategic Marketing and Brand Management in the Asian chapter of IIPM’s MBA Programme. At the Asia’s Best B_School Awards in Singapore 2011 conferred by the Chief marketing Officers Council and endorsed by the Asian federation of Business he was awarded as one of the Best Professors for his contribution to the area of Management education. Naveen contributes regularly to The IIPM Think Tank, an independent, India-centric research body and as a consulting editor he regularly contributes to Planman Media Publications ( http://www.planmanmedia.com/) like The Human Factor , MYOD etc. He has initiated the concept of RECALL (Research and Exploration Centre for Active Learning and Living). As a foremost member of the Greta Indian Dream Foundation ; he helps design and implement various projects that integrate various development initiatives together to develop sustainable and self reliant communities with a sharp focus on education , health , employment generation and caring for the environment. Vishal Salgotra
Director, Business Development

Vishal holds one of the premier positions as Business Development Director and is one of the founding members of Contentra Technologies. He joined Contentra Consulting in May 2001, and holds a bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He also has earned a masters degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Contentra Consulting, he worked with HSBC where he was involved in Project Management, Risk Assessment and Financial Analysis.
Vishal was instrumental in helping start Contentra Technologies in 2003. The company has grown exponentially and is now an esteemed name in the industry. He has also been instrumental in working with a number of large international organizations. Vishal is a key member in the company’s strategic decision-making and in implementing its vision for growth.

Orville Dykes
Vice President, Publishing Services

Orville has worked in educational publishing for the past 40 years. With his extensive knowledge of the educational publishing business, his ability to set priorities and to establish schedules, he is experienced at leading both large and small publishing teams to success. He has developed detailed proposals, budgets, and schedules for complex textbook packages in all the core curricular areas.
In his current role, Orville works closely with customers and operations teams to provide industry-leading services that meet the particular requirements and challenges of the K-12 market. A veteran in the field, he is experienced in all stages of production of complete basal programs, individual textbooks, ancillaries, and supplemental materials, audio programs, CD-ROMs, videos and online learning products.
Orville brings a strong combination of industry knowledge and years of experience in the educational market. He has worked as a Senior Buyer at McGraw-Hill, owned a prepress operation, and served as Vice President of Customer Service at SettingPace LLC.

Ella Hanna
Director of Business Development, Educational Publishing

Ella leads the Development of Business in Contentras educational publishing division. She has extensive experience with product
development, publishing operations and business management, stemming from leadership positions held with Houghton Mifflin
Harcourt, Pearson Education, Course Technology, GTS (now Aptara), Monotype (now Six Red Marbles), Lapiz, and The Annenberg
Institute for School Reform.
In her current role she works closely with customers and the operations teams to provide industry-leading service that meets the
standards and challenges for technology integration in the K-12 market. A veteran in the field, she is experienced in all stages of
product development, editorial, design, and production. Her work includes major print and web-based programs for publishers at
Pearson, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Great Source, Rigby, Steck-Vaughn, Glencoe, McGraw-Hill, The Candlewick Press,
Smithsonian, Addison-Wesley and Scholastic. She is a graduate of The Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University with
a combined degree where she studied early childhood education and information design and technology under the teachings of
Edward Rolf Tufte and Malcolm Grear.
She has spent the past 10 years volunteering for schools and education initiatives that help guide and support the learning process for pre-K through college students and teachers with 21st Century Skills initiatives and changing educational environments for Reading, Math and Science that integrate and promote new teaching and technology instruction. These programs have been nationally
recognized under the American Recovery Act by The National Endowment for the Arts.

Dipak Shaw
Vice President (Technology)

Dipak is an IT professional with 25 years of experience in operations and techno-marketing functions in the fields of customized software development, XML conversion, e-publishing, digitization of newspapers/journals, digital and micrographic image archival technologies, KPO, litigation support services and print publishing.
Being well versed in management of multiple units as SBU head, he brings with him a wealth of experience in delivery management, workflow automation, productivity management, resource optimization, building organizational capabilities, formulation of company policies and strategies and implementation of quality standards.
Dipak’s areas of specialization also include electronic circuit design, interfaces for computer controlled equipment, microprocessor-based micrographic equipment, computer hardware and peripherals, offset printing machines and prepress equipment.
He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Electronics and Telecom Engineering, has a bachelor’s degree in Physics and completed a management program at XLRI. In his earlier assignments, he worked at DPS Technologies, Apex and Techbooks (now Aptara).

Pawan S. Narang
Vice President (Operations)
Contentra Technologies
Pawan is one of the founding pillars of this organization. His prime responsibilities include production planning, resource management and client servicing.
Pawan started his Contentra career in 2001 in the Market Research division and progressed to lead the technology initiative. At Contentra Technologies, he has implemented various workflows for contemporary and archived newspapers, journals and digital talking books. He has also been successful in implementing employee retention strategies. His focus has been on increasing competitiveness, upgrading customer experience, fostering employee engagement and enhancing the depth of services. He was a key member of ida-reader software launch at San Diego, California, USA. The software has been developed for people with reading disabilities such as dyslexia and poor vision... He has been a leader in establishing the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001 certification for the organization.
Prior to joining Contentra, Pawan worked at Tatas PepsiCo, where he gained shop-floor experience, work values, and an in-depth understanding of teamwork. He is a graduate in Engineering, and holds a masters degree in Business Administration.

Phyllis Jelinek
Editorial Manager
Contentra Technologies
Phyllis is a veteran of the education and publishing industries. She taught both middle and high school Social Studies, English, French, and Spanish for a number of years. She also worked extensively in English learning language programs for adolescents and adults. As Editorial Manager at Contentra Technologies, Phyllis has built an outstanding team of writers, editors, and project managers, all of whom have extensive experience in the K-12 educational market. At Contentra, she has two primary objectives: delivering high-quality products on time and within budget, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Phyllis began her career in publishing as an Editorial Project Manager with Glencoe/McGraw-Hill where she worked in a variety of curricular areas, including Social Studies and Language Arts. Several of the textbook projects she worked on became national bestsellers, including those in the fields of communications, history, and computer sciences. Phyllis has managed large budgets and tight schedules for K-12 student textbooks, teachers’ editions, and complete ancillary packages. She has extensive experience in planning and coordinating projects both large and small through all stages of development in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. Phyllis brings Contentra a wealth of knowledge of the publishing industry and the ability to manage people and projects successfully.
